32A Three Phase IP67 Heavy Duty Extension Cable 5 Pin 400V

This is our heavy duty 32A three phase IP67 extension lead for industrial, construction and outdoor power applications where a standard IP44 lead may not provide enough protection.

Built using genuine Mennekes PowerTOP® Xtra connectors and 6mm² H07RN-F heavy duty rubber cable, it is designed for demanding environments where cables may be exposed to rain, mud, dust, dirt and regular handling on site.

It is well suited to construction sites, industrial maintenance, three phase machinery, generators, temporary site supplies, outdoor equipment and other applications where reliability and environmental protection matter.

Proper cable, built for harsh conditions

We build these using 5 core 6mm² H07RN-F heavy duty rubber cable, selected for its flexibility, durability and resistance to demanding working conditions.

H07RN-F is widely used for industrial and temporary power applications because it remains flexible while providing a tough outer sheath suited to regular handling and outdoor use.

The cable meets the relevant harmonised standards and is UV resistant and flame retardant, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Using 6mm² cable helps reduce voltage drop, particularly over longer cable runs, while providing a robust cable suitable for demanding 32A three phase applications.

We use genuine Mennekes PowerTOP® Xtra connectors at both ends of the cable.

The PowerTOP® Xtra range is designed specifically for demanding industrial environments and combines robust construction with a high level of protection against dust and water.

Why IP67 / IP69?

Standard 32A three phase industrial connectors are commonly rated IP44, which is suitable for many general purpose applications.

For harsher environments, the higher level of protection offered by the Mennekes PowerTOP® Xtra range makes these leads more suitable where connectors may be exposed to heavy rain, dust, mud, dirt or high pressure cleaning.

IP67 provides protection against dust ingress and temporary immersion in water, while IP69 provides additional protection against high-pressure, high-temperature water jets under specified test conditions.
