Shipping Policy

The following is our typical shipping policy. We may deviate from this in certain situations.

 

 

🇬🇧 UK Mainland Shipping

All orders over £100 (£120 inc VAT) qualify for free shipping within mainland UK.

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours (usually same day if ordered before 12pm).

At checkout, UK mainland customers will be offered a range of delivery options:

  • Parcelforce (Next Working Day) – Default option

  • Royal Mail – Live shipping rate

  • DHL Express – Live shipping rate

 

 

Orders under £100 (£120 inc VAT)

 

  • Components & Cable

    • Dispatched within 48 hours (usually same day if ordered before 12pm)

    • 1–2 working days: £5.50 ex VAT

    • Some items may be assembled to order, but we still aim to dispatch within 48 hours

     

 

Heavy / Pallet Deliveries

 

  • Individual items over 30kg are sent via pallet delivery

  • Fixed pallet rate: £80 (UK mainland)

  • Delivery is typically next working day, but can be 1–2 days depending on location

 

 

 

🌍 International Shipping (Including Ireland & EU)

 

All international orders are charged at live shipping rates at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated in real time via our courier partners (e.g. DHL Express)

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and service selected

 

⚠️ Important:

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the shipping price.

These charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are usually payable to the courier before or upon delivery.

 

 

📦 Local Collection

We offer local collection from our warehouse.

  • Collection must be pre-arranged

  • Please email us after placing your order to arrange a suitable time

 

 

⏳ Stock & Lead Times

  • Items marked In Stock are usually dispatched within 48 hours

  • Items marked Out of Stock – please contact us for an estimated lead time

  • Some products may be built to order depending on component availability

 

 

🔧 Custom Orders

Custom distro builds will have a specific lead time, confirmed during the quotation stage.

 

 

🚚 Urgent Deliveries

If you require:

  • Same day delivery

  • Guaranteed next day delivery
