Our 16A to 6 × 13A power distribution board is built for fast, tidy power where you need lots of low‑power outlets from a single 16A supply, without the fragility of consumer multi‑plugs.

It’s ideal for:

Why there’s no RCBO in this unit

A common question is “Why doesn’t this have an RCBO built in?”

Under BS 7909 and BS 7671, 16A single‑phase supplies are typically provided with 30mA RCD protection upstream. Adding another 30mA RCD/RCBO inside this distro would place two 30mA RCD devices in series, which is generally redundant and can increase the chance of nuisance tripping.

IP rating note

The 13A sockets have covers that bring the outlets to IP44 when closed (not in use). Once plugs are inserted, the 13A outlets are no longer IP44.
