32A 415V, Portable Power Distribution, 32Amp Three Phase to 6x 13Amp over three RCBOs

Our 32A three phase distribution board is built for practical power setups where you need a compact, reliable way of taking a single incoming supply and creating multiple protected 13A circuits, without losing the ability to feed further distribution.

It is well suited to workshops, production environments, site cabins, control equipment, test areas, exhibitions, temporary installations, and general industrial or maintenance use where a tidy, self-contained distribution point is needed.

Rugged, transport friendly construction

The enclosure is manufactured from impact resistant polypropylene, selected for hard wearing use with good resistance to chemicals and corrosion. The design keeps connections protected and organised, while remaining lightweight and easy to handle on site.

Fixing points are built into the enclosure, allowing the unit to be securely mounted where required, whether that is on a wall, frame, or within a larger installation. This makes it equally suited to semi permanent setups as well as portable use.

Practical output layout

This unit takes a 32A three phase supply and distributes it across six 13A outlets, split over all three phases. Each pair of outlets is protected by its own RCBO, providing three independently protected circuits.

A 32A three phase loop through is included, allowing additional boards or equipment to be fed directly from the same supply without the need for separate splitting or additional connectors.

Single phase outputs, protected properly

Each pair of 13A sockets is protected by a 30mA Type A RCBO, combining residual current and overcurrent protection in one device.

This arrangement provides:

• proper fault protection on each section
• reduced risk of nuisance tripping across multiple loads
• improved fault isolation, so a trip only affects part of the board

The outputs are distributed across L1, L2 and L3, helping to balance load in mixed use applications.

Built for real world conditions

The unit is rated IP44 when the socket covers are closed, making it suitable for environments where conditions are not always perfect. As with standard 13A outlets, ingress protection is not maintained while plugs are inserted.

A clear layout and straightforward connection arrangement make the unit easy to integrate into both temporary and fixed setups.
